The property will be situated within the Alan Manor South of Johannesburg community.

Construction has commenced for Phase 1 of Block A & B on Alan Manor units, a garden-style apartment community being developed by Inkanyeli Development.

The property, to be situated in the South City of Johannesburg, within the Alan Manor community, will feature 83 unit homes in a blend of two bedrooms and two bathroom residential layouts.

Apartments will feature ceramic floor tiles, a free standing stove, melamine kitchen with granite tops and built-in cupboards in each bedroom.  Braai Facilities will serve as one of the principal common-area amenities of the property.

Alan Manor Units are slated to welcome its initial move-ins early next year.

The issues confronted by Inkanyeli Development are anything but foreign to other developers across the country. “Probably the biggest challenge we faced and continue to face is material and across-the-board price increases,” Sylvester Martin, Inkanyeli Development Director, Inkanyeli News.
