Sylvester was instrumental in establishing the Inkanyeli Group and has over 20 years’ experience in construction, construction management and property development. He began his career at Group 5 where he progressed to Contracts Manager. International experience was gained by successfully completing projects for Group 5 in Mozambique.   As the Managing Director he is responsible for the Group’s Business Development, Strategic Planning and Direction.
